Restaurants and cafés

SERVICE
We build an online ordering system for businesses that take orders every day. Your customers pick from your menu or product list and send the order, and you track everything from one screen. We set it up for restaurants, cafés, bakeries and local shops. It is ready to use in 2–3 weeks.
Orders come to your own page, not a marketplace. Customer records and order history stay with you, so you can see who orders what and how often. We build only what you need. If your menu is short, the system stays simple too.
The system starts from how you take orders today. You don't have to stop phone and WhatsApp orders overnight. We help you move customers to the ordering page step by step. Once they are used to it, most stop calling.
For businesses that take orders by phone, WhatsApp or on paper and can't keep up at busy times. They share one problem: someone has to watch the phone or the messages to take an order. The system puts every order in writing and in sequence, so nobody has to keep anything in their head.
The menu, options and delivery or collection choice sit on one page. The kitchen sees every order written out in full.
Pre-orders depend on date, time and special notes. The order form asks for all of them up front.
Florists, butchers, greengrocers and boutiques can list their products and take orders from the neighbourhood.
If the same customers order regularly, they can repeat a previous order in a few taps.
Taking an order is easy. Not missing one at the busiest hour is hard. The four problems below show up most at those times, and they usually have the same cause: order details don't live in one place.
Taking orders over WhatsApp starts fast and then gets messy. Which message was answered, which order was made? In the system, every order has a status.
A note given over the phone gets forgotten, an address gets written down wrong. When customers type the order themselves, the details arrive complete.
When the line is busy at peak time, you can't take new orders. The ordering page is open to many customers at once.
How many orders came in, what sold best? You see it on the dashboard instead of adding up paper slips.
The starter package includes the following. We confirm the exact scope with you on the call.
What the starter scope leaves out is clear too: online payment, courier tracking, stock management and till (POS) integration are discussed separately. If you need any of them, tell us on the call and we will scope and quote for it. If you don't need them, we won't suggest them.
Example scenario: Picture a small home-cooking restaurant that gets very busy at lunch. Nearby offices order by phone and WhatsApp. The person at the till serves customers, reads messages and shouts orders to the kitchen. Some orders are seen late.
Once the system is in place, the day's menu is ticked on the dashboard each morning. Customers open the restaurant's ordering link, choose their dishes and enter a delivery time. Orders drop onto the kitchen screen in sequence. When an order is ready, the customer gets a message.
A dish that sells out is switched off with one tap, so nobody can order it. Offices that order regularly can repeat their last order. At the end of the day, one screen shows how many orders came in and which dish was most popular.
Customers who message on WhatsApp get an automatic reply with the ordering link. The phone still rings, just less often. This scenario is fictional and does not describe a real business.
PROCESS
We learn how your business runs and where time gets lost. A free 20-minute call.
We put scope, timeline and price in writing. We won't suggest features you don't need.
You see progress every week. We stay on hand after delivery, too.
What does an online ordering system cost? It is part of our Business System package. We quote in writing after a free 20-minute call.
We take half the fee at the start and half on delivery. After setup, the running costs are hosting, the domain and the notification messages you send. If you take online payments, the payment provider charges its own fee. You pay these directly to the providers. Our quote lists each cost and what it depends on.
Yes. We add the ordering page to your site as a link or a separate section. If you don't have a site, the ordering page works on its own. You can put the link on tables with a QR code and on your social media profiles.
Setup is a one-off job. You don't pay us a mandatory monthly licence or a commission per order. Hosting, the domain, message sending and, if you use it, the payment provider have their own fees. We spell these out on the call.
You do. The customer list and order history belong to you, and we open the accounts in your name. You can export them at any time.
The starter package takes 2–3 weeks. We work in weekly steps and test the system with real orders before launch.
It doesn't have to. This system is for taking orders directly from your own customers. You can keep using the delivery apps alongside it.
Yes. Customers who message you can get the ordering link automatically, and order updates can go back to them on WhatsApp. Messages turn into orders instead of getting lost. See our [WhatsApp automation page](/hizmetler/whatsapp-otomasyonu) for how this works.
On a free call we listen to what you need. Then we give you scope, timeline and price in writing.
