Boilers, air conditioning and appliances
Service pages for each appliance and the call-out fee are on the site. Customers know what they will pay before they call.
WEB PACKAGE
We build a repair service website for engineers, tradespeople and repair firms. Your customer picks the appliance, the area and a time window, then leaves a service request on the site. You assign the job to an engineer in the panel and follow its status there.
You can open the working example of this package and try it. If you want job tracking to run from quote to invoice, see our quote and job tracking software page.
For engineers and service teams who go out to homes and businesses, and whose work starts with a call.
Service pages for each appliance and the call-out fee are on the site. Customers know what they will pay before they call.
The areas you cover and how quickly you arrive are written down. A call button for urgent jobs is always visible.
New jobs are assigned to an engineer in the panel. The schedule shows who is where, and when.
Repair customers are in a hurry and want someone they can trust. If the site does not answer both, the call goes to another firm.
Nobody wants a surprise at the door. When the call-out fee and a price range are on the site, deciding to call is easier.
An engineer on a job cannot answer the phone. When the request comes through the form, the job is not lost; it waits in the panel.
Which job is assigned, which is on the way, which is done? The panel shows it line by line.
The repair service package includes the following. You send us your services, areas and price ranges.
Spare parts stock, invoicing and live location sharing from the engineer's phone are not included. If you need them, tell us on the call and we will write the scope to match.
WORK
Atlas Teknik Servis is a working example we built for this package under a fictional brand. Open the site and the dashboard in a new tab and try them.
Example project: we built it for Atlas Teknik Servis, a fictional firm that repairs boilers, air conditioners and household appliances on the Asian side of Istanbul. In the quick request box on the home page, you choose the appliance and the district, and the call-out fee and estimated arrival time appear.
The site has services, a four-step explanation of how the firm works, service areas by district, a price range table and frequently asked questions. The service request form asks about the fault and a time window.
In the job tracking panel, jobs move through new, assigned, on the way and done. You choose an engineer for a job waiting to be assigned, and the schedule shows the day. Atlas Teknik Servis is fictional; the fees, times and names are examples.
PROCESS
We learn how your business runs and where time gets lost. A free 20-minute call.
We put scope, timeline and price in writing. We won't suggest features you don't need.
You see progress every week. We stay on hand after delivery, too.
We don't publish a list price for this package. The price depends on the number of pages, whether your content is ready and what you want to manage from the dashboard. After a free call we give you scope, timeline and price in writing.
It depends on the number of services and areas, the request form and how many engineers you manage in the panel. After a free 20-minute call, we give you the scope and the price in writing.
No. You can show only the call-out fee or a price range. You can also show no prices at all, but clear prices make it easier for people to decide to call.
If you work alone, the panel only shows new requests and the day's jobs. We leave out job assignment. We do not build features you do not need.
We cannot promise rankings. Listing your service areas one by one, linking your Google Business Profile to the site and keeping pages fast all help visibility, and we set those up.
On a free call we listen to how your business works. We'll tell you whether the package is enough and send the quote in writing.
