Machinery and parts manufacturers
Standard ranges sit in the catalogue, custom sizes in the quote form. Tolerances, materials and dimensions are stated clearly.
WEB PACKAGE
We build a manufacturing company website for manufacturers and B2B suppliers. Buyers find a product by its technical specs, add items to a list and send a quote request. Requests sit in a panel with their status.
You can open the working example of this package and try it. If you want to follow quotes through to orders and work orders, see our quote and job tracking software page.
For companies that need to describe their products in technical detail and whose sales start with a quote.
Standard ranges sit in the catalogue, custom sizes in the quote form. Tolerances, materials and dimensions are stated clearly.
Your machines, processes and quality steps are described. Customers describe their drawing and ask for a quote.
Requests with many items come through one form. The panel shows which company wants what, and how many.
Many manufacturers still have a brochure website built years ago.
Buyers cannot find the size they need inside the file. Products should be on the page, in a catalogue they can filter.
A request with missing details means a long back-and-forth. The form asks for the item and the quantity up front.
If quotes under review, sent, won and lost are not in one list, follow-up depends on whoever remembers.
The manufacturing package includes the following. You send us your product data and technical drawings.
Links to stock or accounting software, a dealer login and publishing in several languages are not included. If you sell abroad, let us talk about a second language on the call.
WORK
Kavis Makina is a working example we built for this package under a fictional brand. Open the site and the dashboard in a new tab and try them.
Example project: we built it for Kavis Makina, a fictional company that makes conveyor components and does CNC machining. The home page shows the technical drawing of a drive drum, with its dimensions and parts list.
In the catalogue you can filter drums, rollers and parts machined to drawing, with standard ranges kept apart from custom sizes. Production, quality, industries and a six-step process each have their own section. The quote form fills with the items chosen from the catalogue.
In the quotes panel, requests move through new, under review, quote sent, won and lost. A capacity screen shows machine load. Kavis Makina is fictional; the companies, amounts and capacity figures are examples.
PROCESS
We learn how your business runs and where time gets lost. A free 20-minute call.
We put scope, timeline and price in writing. We won't suggest features you don't need.
You see progress every week. We stay on hand after delivery, too.
We don't publish a list price for this package. The price depends on the number of pages, whether your content is ready and what you want to manage from the dashboard. After a free call we give you scope, timeline and price in writing.
It depends on the number of products in the catalogue, how detailed the technical data is and the scope of the quotes panel. After a free 20-minute call, we give you the scope and the price in writing.
Yes. The catalogue is set up so you can add new products and their technical values. If you have many products, we import them in bulk from a spreadsheet at setup.
Yes, but it is not part of this package. A second language is priced separately, based on how much text and technical data needs translating.
No. The panel is for following quote requests that come in through the site. If you use an ERP system, we discuss on the call how the two can work together.
On a free call we listen to how your business works. We'll tell you whether the package is enough and send the quote in writing.
